First; thanks for the "carrier-watch" help
As for this issue, I guess I was not clear.
I am running kermit "IN" a xterm on linux.
If I run any other program (in another xterm) eg "pico"; "cut & paste" (
OK "select/highlight and paste") works fine.
But ONLY in the xterm running KERMIT "cut & paste" ( OK "select/highlight
and paste") does not work.
It pastes in just part of the selected text as noted above.
